System Issues
Disable Core Isolation
Core isolation will interfere with drivers being loaded on your device, this is common with products FiveM Spoofer, and some External Cheats.
Locate Core Isolation
Go to Windows search, and search for Core Isolation, this should open your Windows Security settings, on the Core Isolation page.
Disable Present Options
Disable all present options, such as Memory integrity, and Microsoft Vunerable Driver Blocklist, if other options are present you should also disable these.
