2.3 You agree that you will not allow third parties to access or use your account. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of licenses is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

3.1 By using the Services, you agree not to:

Engage in any unlawful or prohibited conduct. Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services or the experience of other users. 4.2 Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the digital license provided, refunds are not issued under any circumstance once payment has been processed.

4.3 Disputes: If a dispute is initiated through a payment processor (such as PayPal), SuperSpoofer reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently revoke the license associated with the disputed transaction until the dispute is resolved. Should a dispute be decided in your favor, the associated license will be permanently revoked.

5. Account Termination

5.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or any activity that, in our judgment, threatens the security, reputation, or stability of our Services or user base.

5.2 Single Device Policy: Licenses are issued for use on a single device only. Attempts to transfer, share, or access the Service on multiple devices without prior authorization will result in suspension.

6. Hardware Lock and License Reset

6.1 HWID Lock: Our software employs hardware-based identification methods, including but not limited to Windows System Identification (SID), IP address verification, and device name recognition. A “HWID” lock will be applied if a significant change in device specifications is detected.

Requests for license resets will be considered only if the Windows operating system has been reinstalled within the past seven days and no other resets have been performed within that period. Valid requests include accidental resets or system changes outside the user’s control.

6.3 Non-Eligible Requests: The following reasons will not qualify for a license reset:

  • Transfer or sharing of the license with others.
  • Use of the license on an additional or secondary device.
  • Personal preference to use the license on a new device.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, loss of business or profits, or damage to goodwill.

9. Modifications to Terms

9.1 SuperSpoofer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will become effective upon posting the updated Terms on the website. Continued use of the Services after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
